Past incidents
How this is measured
- Every minute, our server checks each component and saves the result.
- If a minute has no saved check, we count it as downtime. Restarts and crashes show up here too.
- SMS, OTP and voice count as down if the gateway is not set up, or if more than half of the last 15 minutes of live sends failed at the gateway (with at least 5 sends).
- Days before monitoring started are grey. They are not counted in the uptime figure.
- We post incidents by hand. An incident colours the bars for the days it was open.
- All times are in UTC. This page refreshes every minute.
